TAMBAH BARANG
Semak imbas senarai produk kami.
Sebaik sahaja anda telah menemui satu produk yang menarik, menambah produk ke dalam Kart anda.
Gunakan butang TAMBAH atau TOLAK untuk melaraskan kuantiti pesanan anda.
Untuk menambah barang, klik / ketik butang Tambah ke Troli
Anda juga boleh klik / ketik gambar barang untuk mengetahui lebih berkenaan brang tersebut.
LIHAT KART ANDA
Anda boleh lihat semula barang yang ditambah ke dalam Kart.
Untuk lihat semula kart anda, klik / ketik ikon Kart di bahagian kanan bawah skin.
MELARAS KUANTITI BARANG
Anda boleh melaras kualtiti pesanan setial barang dalam Kart sebelum Pesanan Keluar.
Untuk melaras kuantity, klik butang NAIK atau TURUN barang berkenaan.
Anda juga boleh masukan kuantiti dalam petak.
Bila anda sudah selesai, klik / ketik butang KIRA SEMULA untuk kira semula jumlah harga.
PESANAN KELUAR
Untuk membuat pesanan keluar, klik butang PESANAN KELUAR SEKARANG.
HANTAR PESANAN ANDA
Pertama sekali, sila pastikan Alamat Penghantaran anda adalah betul.
Anda boleh membuat pembetulan ke Alamat Penghantaran di sini.
Jika anada telah membuat pembetulan, klik / ketik butang SIMPAN.
Kedua, sila pilih cara bayaran dengan klik / ketik Cara Bayaran yang berkenaan.
TICK akan tertera di sebelah cara bayaran yang terpilih.
Akhir sekali, sila pastikan barang pesanan adalah betul.
Jika anda pasti, klik / ketik butang HANTAR PESANAN.
MUAT NAIK SLIP BAYARAN
Sebelum kita boleh proses pesanan anda, ada penting untuk anda muat naik slip bayaran, agar kita boleh memastikan yang bayaran sudah di buat.
Terdapat 2 tempat dimana anda boleh muat naik slip bayaran.
1. Muka Surat Pesanan Siap (selepas Hantar Pesanan anda)
2. Muka Surat Pesanan Lepasan Saya
Untuk muat naik slip pesanan anda,
Kilk atau Ketik butang MUAT NAIK SLIP BAYARAN SEKARANG
Klik atau Ketik butang KAMERA / PILIH dan pilih slip bayaran anda.
Klik atau Ketik butang MUAT NAIK SLIP BAYARAN untuk mulakan muat naik.
LIHAT PESANAN LEPASAN
Untuk lihat semula pesanan lepasan anda, klik atau ketik ikon PESANAN SAYA di skrin kanan bawah (sebelah ikon Kart).
Cara Bayar ?
Kami menawarkan pilihan kaedah pembayaran. Semasa pesanan keluar, anda boleh memilih salah satu kaedah pembayaran berikut. Sebaik sahaja anda telah membuat pembayaran, sila muat naik Slip Bank atau Slip Pembayaran kepada kami untuk pengesahan.

How to register / How do I get access to Techmart ?
To register or open an account with us, please contact your CelcomDigi ACM/DM.
2.
Can I cancel an order I have made ?
If you have not make payment for your order, you may request for cancellation in the My Orders page.
If you have already made payment, kindly contact our customer service personel for further assistance.
* Cancellation is subjected to the delivery status of the goods.

Can I change my shipping address after I have place an order / made payment ?
Sorry, we do not accept any changes for the delivery details.

Why is my order cancelled ?
Your order may be cancelled due to various reasons:
Stock Allocation Timed Out
Failure to settle payment within the allocated time (12 hours).
Payment Verification Failed
We were unable to verify the payment that you have made. (please ensure that the payment information you uploaded is clear and correct)

We ONLY reserve stocks after an order is submitted.
We DO NOT guarantee there will be stock available if you made payment without submitting an order.

Why is my order still pending verification even after I have made payment / uploaded by payment slip ?
If you made payment via FPX Online Banking, payment verification is immediate.
If you made payment via Cash Deposit or DuitNow Fund Transfer,
please allow our finance team some time to verify your payment.
Certain fund transfers may take a few hours/days before it shows up in our bank account.

How soon do I have to make a payment after I place an order ?
We recommend our partners to make the payment as soon as possible.
Once your order is placed, our system will automatically allocate and reserved the stocks for you until you have made payment and upload proof of payment.
The Stock Allocation Timer (SAT) is 12 hours. Your order will be cancelled automatically if no payment is made within the allocated time.
8.
What is the shipping charges ?
Non MMAG Vendors
Every vendor may charge different shipping charges.
You may view their shipping charges during Checkout.
MMAG Vendor
All partners enjoy Free Shipping if you order minimum 2 units of items from us.
However, if you order only 1 unit of item, you will be charged RM 21.20 (inclusive of 6% SST).
9.
How long does the shipment takes after I have made my payment ?
All orders will be processed and shipped out within the same or next working day after payment is verified.
Orders are not processed or delivered during public holidays.
10.
When shall I expect to receive my order ?
All shipments are expected to be delivered within 1 to 3 working days after payment is verified.

Sorry, we do not accept return of goods purchased or provide refunds of goods purchased.

What can I do if there are discrepancy and damages to the goods ?
MMag Digital Sdn Bhd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Unless otherwise expressly provided, where discrepancy occurs or where there is evident of damage through reasonable inspection to the product, you must still take delivery of the product and report the discrepancy or damage to MMag Digital Sdn Bhd within twenty-four (24) hours after receipt of the product.
